What you'll do

-Provide legal advice on labor matters to department delegates and managers.

-Represent and defend the company's interests before SMAC, Social Courts and administrative bodies.

-Drafting and review of disciplinary letters, dismissals, novation agreements and labor communications.

-Management and follow-up of labor proceedings and conciliations.

-Identification and prevention of legal risks in labor matters.

-Coordination with external advisors in the event of outsourcing of legal services.

-Monitoring of regulatory and case-law changes that may affect the company.

-Preparation of documentation and administrative management related to labor relations (work calendars, internal communications, etc.).

What we're looking for

-Degree in Law or Labor Relations and Human Resources.

Mandatory bar admission as a practicing member of the Bar Association or the Association of Social Graduates.

-Experience of 3 years in labor law (in-house, law firm or labor consultancy).
