We want to add an EMPLOYMENT LAWYER to the team for our headquarters in Barcelona.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

- Provide legal advice on labor matters to delegates and department heads.

- Represent and defend the company's interests before SMAC, Social Courts, and administrative bodies.

- Drafting and reviewing sanction letters, dismissal notices, novation agreements, and labor communications.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

-Asesorar jurídicamente en materia laboral a delegados y responsables de departamento.

-Representar y defender los intereses de la empresa ante SMAC, Juzgados de lo Social y organismos administrativos.

-Redacción y revisión de cartas de sanción, despido, acuerdos novatorios y comunicaciones laborales.

-Gestión y seguimiento de procedimientos laborales y conciliaciones.

-Identificación y prevención de riesgos legales en materia laboral.

-Coordinación con asesores externos en caso de externalización de servicios jurídicos.
