- Ensure the execution of processes in the most efficient way possible.

- Lead and supervise operations staff to align all levels of the workshop: communicate expectations, motivate them to meet organizational goals, and foster maximum performance from the workforce to meet production and delivery targets on time.

- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulations. 

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position

- Garantizar la ejecución de los procesos de la manera más eficiente posible.

- Dirigir y supervisar al personal de operaciones para alinear en todos los niveles al personal del taller: comunicar expectativas, motivar a que se cumplan los objetivos organizacionales y fomentar el máximo rendimiento de la plantilla para cumplir con los objetivos de producción y entrega de manera puntual.

- Velar por el cumplimiento de la legislación y normativa aplicable. 

• Formación en Ingeniería.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posición similar
