The role

We are looking to hire a JUNIOR Technical Engineer for the management of maintenance of the facilities of the client building located in Sagunto.

COMSA Service is part of the maintenance, conservation and services business unit of the COMSA Corporación group, carrying out comprehensive maintenance and specific works on buildings, infrastructures and industries.

The main role as a JUNIOR maintenance manager is the control and organization of the proper functioning of the comprehensive maintenance of the facilities for the complete satisfaction of the client:

What you'll do

Your duties will be to provide support in the:

- Coordinate and plan the execution of maintenance.

- Staff planning.

- Requesting materials and services.

- Manage and verify the preparation of technical and follow-up reports.

- Coordinate the preparation of budgets.

- Delivery of reports and budgets.

- Economic control of results.

How you'll work

- 8 to 14 and 15 to 17
