What are we looking for?

We want to add a Mobile 1st Class Multiskilled Technician to the team for the maintenance of client facilities located in Madrid, for immediate incorporation on August 1, 2026.

Experience in multiskilled work in buildings is required, including electricity, HVAC, fire protection systems (PCI), etc.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

Preventive and corrective maintenance regarding electricity, HVAC, and fire protection systems (PCI) at the client center's facilities.

You are the ideal person if you bring....

- Experience in performing preventive and corrective maintenance in building facilities

- Driver's license

We offer:

- 37.5 hour work week. Daily shifts of 7.5h from Monday to Sunday.

- Salary according to the Madrid Metal Agreement: €23,312.22 Gross/Year in 14 payments (€1,590.26 Gross/Month)
