We are looking for a Civil Bidding Engineer specialized in the renewable energy sector to join one of our teams in Bilbao or Madrid. If you have a solid background in Civil Engineering and experience in preparing bids and tenders for renewable energy projects, this is your opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic environment with great development possibilities.

• Comprehensive preparation and coordination of technical-economic bids for photovoltaic, wind, and associated civil works projects.
• Analysis of technical, administrative, and contractual specifications to define the bidding strategy.
• Development of preliminary engineering and optimized technical solutions for bid preparation.
• Calculation of quantities, earthworks, roads, drainage, foundations, and other civil works units using Civil 3D and specialized software.
• Preparation of budgets, cost studies, unit price analysis, and project economic estimates.
• Request, evaluation, and technical and economic comparison of supplier and subcontractor offers.
• Preparation of technical reports, tender documentation, and preliminary execution planning.
• Identification and evaluation of technical, construction, and economic risks, defining mitigation measures.
• Coordination with engineering, construction, procurement, planning, legal, and finance departments to ensure bid consistency.
• Liaison with clients during bidding processes, resolving clarifications, and providing support in technical and commercial negotiations.
• Monitoring of opportunities, analysis of award results, and continuous improvement of the bidding process.
