Preparation, cutting, and butchering of meat products.
Elaboration and preparation of products for display and sale.
Customer service and advice in the butchery section.
Quality control and proper preservation of products.
Management and control of the section's stock.
Order preparation and replenishment of merchandise.
Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the workstation.
Compliance with established food safety and prevention protocols.
Collaboration with the team to ensure the correct functioning of the section.
