We are looking for an Architect, with or without a degree officially recognized in Spain, who wants to develop their career in construction management and supervision, bringing technical knowledge and coordination skills.
Duties
- Supervision and monitoring of the execution of building projects.
- Coordination with clients, contractors, engineering firms, and technical teams.
- Quality control and compliance with project standards.
- Review of technical documentation and drawings.
- Resolution of issues during the execution of the project.
- Schedule control and support in the financial monitoring of the project.
- Participation in site meetings and preparation of technical reports.
