The role

From ConfiARTE we are collaborating on an important industrial project that requires hiring a Site Supervisor with experience in rebar to lead and coordinate on-site work.

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in the sector, organizational skills, and team leadership abilities, with in-depth knowledge of rebar processes and a practical, results-oriented approach on site.

What you'll do

Main duties

Coordination and supervision of rebar work on site.
Organization of teams and daily planning.
Monitoring of work progress, timelines, and execution quality.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and ensuring correct execution of rebar structures.
Coordination with other teams and those responsible for the site.
Resolving incidents and providing technical support to the team.
