The role

⚡ ARE YOU A FIELD ELECTRICIAN WITH LEADERSHIP IN YOUR DNA? THIS IS YOUR ROLE

THE CHALLENGE: MORE THAN A BOSS, THE TECHNICAL REFERENCE ON THE PLANT FLOOR

In our industrial plant in Morata, we are not looking for an "office boss" who only moves paperwork. We are looking for a real Electrical Team Leader, the kind who enjoys being at the machine level.

We want that professional whom the team respects because, when a production line stops and the breakdown gets complicated, they are able to pick up the blueprint, interpret the electrical schematic to the millimeter, take out the multimeter, and find the fault where others only see cables.

If you have a fresh "spark," are passionate about industrial high power, and are looking for a stable position with quality of life, this is your place.

What you'll do

  • Lead by example: Coordinate and motivate your team of electrical technicians on the plant floor, distributing daily work and supporting them with the most complex breakdowns.
  • Precision diagnosis: Read and interpret power and control electrical schematics to track and resolve faults at cruising speed.
  • Heavy industrial maintenance: Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans on automation, electrical panels, frequency drives, motors, and PLC peripherals.
  • Safety Culture: Guarantee strict compliance with occupational prevention (LOTO, lockout/tagout, and electrical discharge procedures).

How you'll work

Location: Morata de Tajuña, Madrid

Star Schedule: Fixed Morning Shift (07:00 to 15:00 h) - Monday to Friday. Forget about nights and rotating shifts forever!

DO YOU IDENTIFY WITH THIS?

If when you see a complex electrical schematic you see the solution and not a problem, we want to meet you. Apply now and take the leap to the stability you are looking for!
