At ConfiARTE, we are collaborating with a leading company in the metal sector, in full expansion in the Cáceres area, to join a Quality Engineer to their team who is eager to grow, transform processes, and assume key responsibilities.

If you are motivated by industrial environments, metal structures, and rigorous quality control with an international outlook, this opportunity is for you!

What you'll do

Integral Systems Management: Lead and drive the implementation and maintenance of Quality, Environmental, and Safety systems.
Technical and Methodology: Apply advanced quality control tools (testing, dimensional control, SPC, etc.) to guarantee the excellence of the final product.
Blueprint Interpretation: Work side-by-side with the technical area interpreting metal structure blueprints.
Processes and Regulations: Guarantee compliance with sector standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
International Environment: Communicate fluently and technically with clients or suppliers in English.
Mobility: Perform occasional travel according to project needs.

What are we looking for in you?

Education: Higher technical degree (preferably Engineering).
Languages (Key factor):
English: Intermediate level (spoken and written) focused on technical vocabulary.
German or other languages: This will be a huge plus!
Experience:
Previous experience in the metal structures sector and reading/interpreting blueprints.
Track record in managing quality, environmental, and OSH systems.
Proficiency in quality control and metrology tools.
Tools: Advanced level of Office. Proficiency in ERPs or specific QMS software will be positively valued.
Attitude and Competencies: Proactive, dynamic, highly organized, and results-oriented person. With a high capacity for teamwork and availability to travel.
