At ConfiARTE, specialists in talent selection, we are looking for a Store Manager (Encargado/a de Tienda) to join a major multinational in the specialized gourmet and sensory product retail sector, with a consolidated brand, a solid market presence, and a clear orientation toward excellence in customer service.

We are looking for a person with energy, initiative, leadership capacity, and a true commercial vocation. A professional who enjoys contact with people, becomes involved in the business, and is capable of inspiring their team to achieve the best results.

What you'll do

You will be the person responsible for leading the daily activity of the store, ensuring an excellent customer experience within the gourmet and sensory product environment, team development, and the achievement of commercial objectives.

Your main responsibilities will be

Lead, motivate, and support the store team, fostering a positive, dynamic, and results-oriented work environment.
Drive sales and work to achieve commercial objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Guarantee close, personalized, and maximum quality customer service, conveying the qualities of the gourmet and sensory product.
Organize and supervise daily operations, shifts, and task distribution.
Manage stock, inventories, replenishment, and the correct presentation of products.
Ensure the image of the establishment, visual merchandising, and the company's quality standards.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose initiatives that drive commercial performance
