Experience in the management and coordination of site teams, with the ability to lead several projects or teams simultaneously.
Solid knowledge of planning, economic control, and execution monitoring.

What you'll get

The role

As Group Leader, you will assume a key role in the planning, coordination, and supervision of various residential building projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and economic control of the works.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will include:

Leadership and coordination: directing and supporting site teams, fostering collaboration and the achievement of objectives.
Comprehensive project management: supervising the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned works.
Economic control: monitoring budgets, costs, certifications, and deviations.
Quality and construction excellence: guaranteeing the execution standards characteristic of luxury residential building.
Coordination of stakeholders: maintaining fluid communication with clients, technical management, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Team development: contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the professional growth of the teams under your responsibility.
