We are looking for a medium-high level technical profile, with experience in the preparation and management of public and private tenders within the construction sector. Technical training will be an essential requirement to apply for the position.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Ingeniería de Caminos), Technical Architecture, or Technical Engineering.
Previous experience in public and private tenders within the construction sector.
Proficiency in tools such as Presto, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
Experience in the technical and economic preparation of work studies.
Analytical capacity and adaptation to different types of projects.
Proactive profile, results-oriented, with the ability to work in a team and professional commitment.

The role

An important business group in the construction sector, in full growth and with a solid track record in the development and execution of projects of various scales, is looking to hire a Tendering Technician for its offices in Seville.

What you'll do

Main duties

Comprehensive analysis of tender specifications and technical documentation to define the bidding strategy, identifying risks, requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
Preparation of technical and economic offers, including reports, work planning, cost studies, breakdowns, improvement proposals, and constructive optimizations.
Full management of the tendering processes, from the request and analysis of supplier and subcontractor offers to the submission of documentation and the follow-up of awards.
Coordination with the various departments involved to guarantee the quality and competitiveness of the proposals.
Study and assessment of different types of construction projects.
