The role

At Hyundai Motor España, we are looking for a professional with a technical profile and experience in the automotive sector to join the Aftersales team as a Homologations & Warranty Specialist.

The position will have a priority focus on vehicle homologation in Spain and will combine these responsibilities with warranty management, working transversally with internal teams, Hyundai Motor Europe, factories, and external collaborators.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales on the homologation and registration of vehicles in Spain and in the development of local projects outside the European standard.
  • Prepare series endings to authorize the registration of vehicles affected by regulatory changes and coordinate order forecasting with Logistics.
  • Manage European requests and act as a liaison between Hyundai Motor Europe and Hyundai Motor España on matters related to new product homologation.
  • Represent the brand before ANFAC regarding technical regulations.
  • Keep the IDAE database updated regarding aid for the purchase of new vehicles.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of suppliers and external collaborators linked to homologations and warranties.
  • Manage incidents in the processing and approval of warranty repairs and campaigns with the dealer network.
  • Coordinate with factories the acceptance of warranty repairs and their final collection.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of warranty reports, including case volume, resolution times, costs, and other associated indicators.
  • Manage the budget for commercial contributions for out-of-warranty repairs, in coordination with Customer Service when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Technical Assistance, Product, and Logistics on projects and incidents related to technical training, local modifications, vehicle configuration, and regulatory changes.
