The role
At Hotel Restaurant Jardines La Tejera, we are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented professional to join our team. The selected candidate will contribute to offering an excellent experience to our guests, ensuring high standards of quality both in restaurant service and hotel hospitality.
What you'll do
- Attend to and serve customers in the dining room, terrace, or at events, ensuring an outstanding experience.
- Manage reservations and assist with hotel guest reception.
- Prepare and set up service areas (dining rooms, restaurant, common areas).
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to guarantee efficient service.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation.
- Handle customer issues or requests with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Support the organization of events, celebrations, and special services.
What you need to succeed
Previous experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, or events).
Customer-oriented approach and a strong service vocation.
Ability to work in a team and in dynamic environments.
Flexible schedule (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays).
Basic to intermediate level of English (other languages are a plus).
Communication skills and a positive attitude.
Training in Hospitality or Tourism will be valued.
