About the role

What you'll do

The Cosentino City Center Manager manages a portfolio of residential interior designer accounts, builds a strong network of local partners, oversees the day-to-day operations of the City Center team, generates high-quality leads in collaboration with Cosentino's sales team, and ensures profitable growth in market share.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and build relationships with key architects and designers in the area.
  • Manage key accounts: planning, visits, relationship development, sales, etc.
  • Identify sales opportunities and follow them through to closing.
  • Lead and motivate the design team to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Accelerate brand awareness through effective positioning, product training, and differentiation.
  • Manage relationships through in-person visits outside the showroom and generate sales according to assigned targets.
  • Identify strategies, priorities, and action frameworks (commercial, promotional, marketing, management, reporting, etc.).
  • Coordinate and align the City Center team to ensure they fulfill their duties.
  • Support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities, including monitoring the competition.

  • Knowledge of the sales cycle in the sector.
  • Successful management of teams, marketing, customer service, and commercial operations.
  • Knowledge of the construction sector.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other order management systems.
