Accounting Technician

What you must bring with you...

- Studies related to Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Business Administration (ADE), or similar.

- 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.
Knowledge: PGC (General Accounting Plan), similar functions, (Corporate Tax regime, IRPF, Corporate Tax, fiscal closings, full fiscal and accounting cycle).
Experience in resolving tax and accounting queries from clients, tax procedures.

- Intermediate English B2.

- Office automation (Excel).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medium-sized company or consultancy.

- Accounting ERPs

Desirable:
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Advanced Excel.

- Spanish taxation.

At Crown Spain, we are looking for a ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN position for the Finance area, located in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid).

- Assistance in the supplier area: Recording of supplier invoices (with orders registered in the system).

- Recording of general expense invoices by cost analysis.

- Daily recording: banks, customers, inventory, personnel expenses, loans, customer financing, taxes, fixed assets.

- Assistance in the preparation of VAT reports/declarations (SII), Corporate Tax, and Personal Income Tax (IRPF).

- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Control of collections and payments.
- Direct supervision of the correction of accounting entries made.
- Preparation of accounts and monthly closing.
- Preparation of monthly reporting on the evaluation of accounting statements for Management.
- Preparation of annual accounts, year-end closing, and financial statements.
- Preparation of information that will serve as support for budget preparation.
- Preparation of analytical accounting.
- Supervision of registration obligations, legalization, and filing of accounts.

- Maintenance of the procedure for the preparation and presentation of accounting statements.

- Providing accounting and tax information on time according to established calendars.
- Evaluating and controlling distortions that may occur in the accounting process.
- In general, custody of documents, filing of invoices, contracts, and other economic and accounting documentation of the company.
- Reporting the company's accounting to the economic-financial management.
- Proposal of improvement actions.
- Daily relationship with banking entities.
- Relationship with external auditors - annual audit.
