Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial, or similar).
Essential experience in aeronautical production and FAL support.
Knowledge of the MRTT (A330) program.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and solve problems.
Teamwork and technical communication skills.
Experience in complex aeronautical production environments.
Previous experience in training or supervising technical staff.

Nice to have

Experience in A400M, C295, or similar programs will be valued.

The role

We are looking for a Production Engineer to support production activities within the MRTT (A330) program. The selected candidate will work closely with production teams to ensure proper planning and execution of tasks on the final assembly line (FAL), ensuring compliance with project deadlines and objectives.

What you'll do

Provide engineering support to the various production teams.
Coordinate and plan production work to ensure proper execution of daily planning.
Ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines, avoiding pending work.
Perform time assessments for the preparation and execution of work orders.
Manage problem resolution, risk identification, and planning to meet project milestones.
Participate in technical training and supervision of new hires within the MRTT program in the role of Production Engineer.
Collaborate closely with production and support teams at the FAL.
