We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer or Technician with extensive experience to join our team, participating in the industrialization and optimization of radiofrequency module manufacturing processes in a demanding, technology-driven environment.

You will plan and coordinate all activities of the Product Industrialization Project, defining operations and factory implementation.
You will lead and coordinate the RF industrialization team in the execution of all project tasks.
You will analyze new RF product designs from the standpoint of their manufacturing and testing in serial production.
You will review technical design documentation such as drawings, 3D models, electrical schematics, and bill of materials.
You will produce factory documentation: assembly instructions, routing sheets, reports, and improvement proposals.

You will design and define production processes, ensuring efficiency in industrialization and plant operations.

✅ Degree in Electronic Engineering and/or Telecommunications Engineering.
✅ Minimum of more than 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrialization of radiofrequency equipment.
✅ Experience in optimizing industrial manufacturing and testing processes for RF modules.
✅ Knowledge of production engineering, processes, workshop support, QA, and production control.
✅ Experience in test engineering: analysis, screening, protocol design, and test resources.
✅ Ability for process analysis and continuous improvement in industrial environments.
✅ Technical English proficiency.
✅ Availability for occasional travel (driver's license and own vehicle required).
