Your main objectives will be the following:

  • Participate in real projects in the data area, gaining hands-on experience and developing knowledge in data analysis tools such as SQL, Databricks, and Power BI.
  • Provide support for large-scale data transformation and migration initiatives, collaborating with different teams to ensure an efficient and high-quality transition.
  • Support the improvement of data quality and the creation and maintenance of data products that deliver value to the business.
  • Collaborate on developing solutions for specific data-related challenges, following the company's data quality framework standards and best practices, and working closely with specialized internal teams.
  • Prepare presentations and reports in PowerPoint to communicate results, progress, and findings to various stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Work closely with Finance Data & Analytics Product Owners and multidisciplinary teams to support continuous product improvement, foster data-driven decision-making, contribute to stakeholder management, and learn from professionals with extensive experience in the data field.

What you'll do

  • Support the Product Owner in defining the product roadmap and preparing backlog documentation.
  • Gather and consolidate requirements from CBUs and regions; validate them through workshops or interviews.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and basic functional documentation.
  • Help check and validate delivered features using acceptance criteria (UAT preparation and execution).
  • Prepare training materials and support the Learning & Development team in delivering training sessions.
  • Assist in maintaining platform governance, documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Track system performance metrics, adoption rates, and user feedback; highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct initial investigations of issues, support troubleshooting efforts, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
  • Support change management actions across regions to build CRM culture and drive consistent adoption.
  • Stay updated on market trends and HCP CRM best practices; share insights with the product team.

What we're looking for

  • You are currently studying or have completed a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have analytical skills and communication abilities.
  • C1 level of English
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL, SAP, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, and/or Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
