Brand Manager Consumer Healthcare

• Experience of 5+ years in FMCG Marketing, Consumer Healthcare, Nutrition, Pharma, or related categories.
• Strategic profile with the ability to transform insights into action plans.
• Consumer knowledge and experience working in omnichannel environments.
• Digital-first mindset and experience in digital campaigns, e-commerce, or DTC models.
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments and influence different stakeholders.
• Result-oriented and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• High level of English.

We are looking for a Brand Manager Consumer Healthcare to join the Consumer Healthcare Marketing team on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave.

This is a unique opportunity to lead brands with a strong purpose and a direct impact on people's quality of life, in a category undergoing full transformation and growth.

You will be responsible for developing and driving the strategy and activation of key brands such as Souvenaid and Fortimel, contributing to business growth and helping to build new opportunities within the field of consumer-oriented specialized nutrition.

You will work in a highly cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Digital, Finance teams, and external agencies to ensure excellent execution and the achievement of business objectives.

• Translate the brands' growth strategy into clear, actionable activation plans aligned with different channels and key stakeholders (consumer, healthcare professionals, pharmacy, and DTC).
• Ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints with consumers and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and analyze business, brand, and activation performance, identifying optimization opportunities, maximizing performance and ROI.
• Identify growth opportunities and share best practices with international teams.
• Support and coordinate the annual brand planning process.
• Define priorities, growth levers, KPIs, and budget.
• Design and coordinate communication campaigns with the creative agency aimed at the consumer.
• Develop promotional and educational materials for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the medical and regulatory teams to ensure scientific robustness and compliance of all content.
• Manage innovation projects, from business case and value proposition validation to artwork development, coordination with cross-functional teams, and market launch.
• Lead the definition of value propositions, claims, visual identity, and launch plans.
