AI Strategy Consultant

We are looking for a person with a combination of business orientation, analytical capacity, and affinity for technology, who wants to develop their professional career in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

We will particularly value:

• Experience or knowledge in areas related to consulting, transformation, technology, processes, data, innovation, or AI.
• Ability to understand a business problem, analyze information, and structure conclusions.
• Interest and knowledge regarding Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI and their business applications.
• Familiarity with technological concepts related to AI, data, generative models, LLMs, agents, or solution integration.
• Ability to understand functional requirements and work together with technical profiles to ground them.
• Technological curiosity and ease in learning new concepts and tools.
• Good analytical, communication, and presentation preparation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and comfort collaborating with profiles of different specialties.
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Increasing autonomy and the ability to take responsibility for their own analyses and deliverables.

• High level of Spanish and English.

As an AI Strategy Consultant, you will participate in the execution of AI projects working together with senior profiles and functional and technological specialists.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyze business processes and needs to help identify opportunities for AI application.
• Participate in the identification, definition, and analysis of AI and Generative AI use cases.
• Collect, analyze, and structure information coming from users and business areas.
• Support the definition of functional requirements and their translation into the needs of technical teams.
• Participate in the functional design of solutions and in the definition of processes and user experiences associated with them.
• Collaborate with AI, data, and technology specialists to understand and ground the proposed solutions.
• Participate in the development and validation of prototypes, proofs of concept, and AI solutions from a primarily functional perspective.
• Perform analyses and prepare project materials and deliverables, synthesizing the main conclusions.
• Participate in workshops and working sessions with client teams.
• Monitor activities, identifying possible risks, dependencies, or decision needs.
• Stay up to date on the evolution of AI and explore how new technological capabilities can be applied to business problems.
• Contribute to the development of assets, methodologies, and proposals for the AI practice.
