What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with approximately 3 to 4 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting working within a transformation, strategy, or innovation team.

You must have experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and feel comfortable in both strategic conversations and implementation details.

And most importantly: we are looking for a hybrid profile. Someone with enough curiosity to understand technology, with the necessary business mindset to understand the business, and pragmatic enough to connect both aspects.

Nice to have

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are able to structure ambiguous problems and convert them into viable workstreams.
  • You understand how organizations, processes, and technology interact.
  • You feel comfortable discussing both a business case with a senior executive and solution requirements with a technical team.
  • You have experience in digital transformation, process transformation, AI, data, automation, or technology-driven change.
  • You understand the fundamentals of generative AI, AI agents, and modern AI capabilities, without needing to be a developer or data scientist.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are able to create presentations and recommendations for management that are clear and compelling.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a strong orientation toward execution
  • Generative AI and enterprise AI use cases.
  • AI agents and agent-based workflows.
  • Process mining, automation, or process redesign.
  • Data and analytics projects.
  • Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or other enterprise AI platforms.
  • Product management or agile working methods.
  • Business case development and value measurement.
  • Change management and technology adoption.
  • AI governance, responsible AI, or emerging AI regulation.
  • Marketing, media, customer experience, creative industries, or professional services.

The role

Dentsu is the leading group of the communication industry in Spain both qualitatively and quantitatively. For the 6th consecutive year, it heads the leader position in the InfoAdex ranking and in the latest RECMA report, achieving the largest advantage recorded in recent years.

At dentsu, we believe that AI has the potential to transform not only our way of working, but also business growth.

We are looking for an AI & Transformation Consultant to join our AI, Transformation and Technology team.

This is a highly cross-functional role, situated at the intersection of business, technology, data, and transformation.

You will work in close collaboration with business teams to understand their challenges and opportunities, translating them into viable AI initiatives, and you will collaborate with technology, data, operations, and specialist teams to bring those initiatives to life.

What you'll do

You will participate in transformation initiatives across the entire dentsu company, from opportunity identification to design, validation, and implementation:

  • Identify and define transformation opportunities, working with business teams to understand problems, processes, pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into viable initiatives, helping to define use cases, requirements, value hypotheses, success metrics, and implementation approaches.
  • Analyze and redesign processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, improve, or fundamentally rethink the way work is done.
  • Support the development and prioritization of an AI and transformation project portfolio, evaluating initiatives based on their potential business value, feasibility, scalability, risk, and strategic relevance.
  • Help turn ideas into solutions, supporting proofs of concept, minimum viable products (MVP), and large-scale implementations alongside internal teams.
  • Participate in the design and development of AI-based solutions, agents, products, and new ways of working.
  • Develop business cases and support the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and value measurement frameworks to ensure initiatives deliver measurable results.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on AI, emerging technologies, new business models, and industry trends, translating them into implications and opportunities for Dentsu.
  • Develop clear materials and recommendations aimed at the executive level for high-level stakeholders and decision-making forums.
  • Contribute to AI adoption and change management, helping teams understand new capabilities and effectively incorporate them into their daily work.
  • Support the development of methodologies, frameworks, and reusable resources to help us accelerate transformation across the organization.

What makes this profile different

This is neither a traditional technology role nor a traditional consulting role.

You will be part of a team that will contribute to defining the evolution of dentsu in the AI era.

You will need to question the traditional way of doing things and help turn emerging capabilities into tangible business results.

Some days you might spend your time analyzing how AI can redesign a business process. Others, defining the business case for an agent, collaborating with technology teams on an MVP, preparing a recommendation for senior management, or exploring how a new capability could become a product or service.

The common denominator is simple: Turning AI and technology into transformation and growth.
