We are looking for professionals with enthusiasm to develop themselves in the financial world, particularly in the areas of valuation and business modelling, with analytical and quantitative skills and a broad market vision so that we may grow and lead transaction advisory together.

The Valuation & Modelling team will allow you to participate in large-scale projects, in a multidisciplinary environment, interacting directly with the client.
What you'll do
- You will participate in projects involving the valuation of companies, businesses, share packages, and intangible assets directly or indirectly related to potential transactions.
- You will participate in valuation projects for financial reporting purposes following the applicable accounting standards.
- You will participate in valuation projects for tax or legal reasons within the framework of corporate restructurings.
- You will prepare Independent Expert reports in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations when executing certain corporate operations.
- You will prepare fairness opinion reports addressed to Boards of Directors when assessing the reasonableness, from a financial point of view, of the consideration proposed in the framework of a potential transaction.
- You will participate in the preparation of Independent Expert reports in the context of Takeover Bids, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.
- You will prepare purchase price allocation (PPA) reports, based on the provisions of the applicable accounting framework.
