The role

Imagine yourself participating in the transformation of the leading national and international organizations?

At Deloitte, we are committed to making an impact on society, our clients, and you.

In the Talent department at Deloitte, we have business teams that advise and support the employee lifecycle of our professionals across the business.

We currently want to strengthen the Partners Matters team by bringing in a Consultant who can help us with Talent advisory within the team.

What you'll do

The Firm bets on a differentiation strategy in which business, talent, and culture are the key levers to achieve our purpose.

To this end, the Talent team has a Partner Matters area, focused on supporting the partner group (the highest level of responsibility in the organization) through the changes and priorities required by our transformation context.

At the same time, the area focuses on defining the model and evolving the processes that cover a partner's life cycle, with the constant evolution and transformation of these processes being relevant to improving the partner experience.

  • Hiring - Onboarding: identification of new partners and supporting the business in highlighting our partnership model, as well as the onboarding of New Partners Hired.
  • Training and development: definition and coordination of the training & support plan that the partner group needs based on their role (from their joining the Firm until their retirement from the organization).
  • Performance: design of the model to align it with strategic priorities, as well as the coordination of evaluation & objectives processes and their impact on career and compensation decisions.
  • Compensation: definition of the compensation model and execution of the process by advising those responsible on the best way to apply it, aligning them with the premises of meritocracy and the sustainability of the partnership.
  • Promotion and succession: definition of priorities and management of the processes for promotion, succession, and appointments to the organization's main leadership roles.
  • Partner experience: analysis and improvement of the partner experience with a transversal vision from the different Talent areas.
  • Retirement: management and coordination of the partner retirement process, tributes, and the Firm's recognition events.

The Partner Matters area reports to the Firm's governing bodies (Executive Committee and Board of Partners) as the ultimate responsible parties for partners, working in a coordinated and collaborative manner with the various Talent areas and other departments of the Firm.

The person(s) joining the team...

  • Will participate in the design of initiatives; from strategic reflection to the operational processes and implementation of technological improvements.
  • Will interact with senior people in the organization from all areas of the Firm (from Executive Committee members, the strategy team, and heads of Corporate areas - Personnel Administration, Risk, etc.-).
  • Will collaborate with the various managers and experts of each corporate Talent area and with the global network, participating in the working groups associated with transformational initiatives.
