As part of our team, you will directly contribute to the development of solutions that make a difference. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Build and manage a supplier panel for the subfamilies under your responsibility.
• Define and execute the purchasing strategy for the managed category.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the market and suppliers.
• Participate in preparing the purchasing budget for the managed category:
• Define the spend for the category/subcategory.
• Define objectives and monitor KPIs for spend, savings, and supplier service levels.
• Search for and identify potential suppliers (using internal and external databases).
• Analyze and participate in supplier selection and negotiation:
• Evaluate bids and select suppliers according to predefined criteria.
• Negotiate and optimize offers.
• Close agreements with suppliers.
• Participate in drafting contracts and ensure their compliance.
• Ensure that all item/supplier/contract information is entered into SAP.
• Ensure compliance with the service level by suppliers in your category.
• Identify incidents and risks in the category and propose improvement actions.
• Track and monitor category spend.
• Propose and capture savings initiatives from suppliers.
• Optimize supply conditions (payment terms, SS, backups, etc.).
• Understand equipment components, their functionality, and their necessity.
• Understand the main cost drivers of equipment components and propose actions to reduce them:
• Break down equipment and products into manufactured components to analyze the impact of each family and reference.
• Identify components with the greatest impact on the equipment for optimization.
• Analyze product costs based on BoMs (Bottom-up Costing).
