From our Customer team, we are looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join our Customer & Marketing team in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health sectors.
We work with large global companies on their digital transformation, adapting to a more connected and customer-centric environment. These sectors are in full evolution, driven by digitalization and new trends in health.
We are looking for someone curious, proactive, and eager to grow within a multidisciplinary team, participating in innovative projects for large multinationals in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health sectors covering strategy, analytics, and marketing. Fluency in English and an interest in the sector are essential.
What is the challenge?
The projects we carry out are very diverse, including the definition of operating models and implementation roadmaps, design of engagement strategies, conceptualization of digital assets, assessment of digital capabilities, change management, implementation of agile methodologies, analytics, ideation, design and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, and generation of insights, etc.
Among others, the main tasks will be:
- Participation in and leadership of national and international projects with clients primarily from the pharmaceutical sector
- Identification and prioritization of client needs
- Understanding the business and the challenges of our clients in order to provide greater value through the ideation and definition of solutions to respond to them
- Proposal of recommendations to improve established processes
- Preparation and facilitation of workshops with clients to help them find solutions to their challenges
- Project execution and development of deliverables
- Accompanying client teams through the digital transformation process
- Working with multidisciplinary teams (analytics, design, technology...)
- Preparation and defense of commercial proposals
How do we envision you?
- Higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Health Sciences or Pharmacy, or similar.
- More than five years of previous experience in project development in a consulting or similar environment
- Very high level of English (spoken and written) (C1)
- Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and/or Consumer Health
- Numerical analysis capacity (Medium-advanced level of Excel)
- Proactive and resourceful attitude
- A fast learner with the ability to face new situations with flexibility and versatility, and to accept changes in a positive and constructive manner
- Advanced knowledge of Power Point
- Experience in designing strategies, planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Online Marketing campaigns will be positively valued.
- Experience in data analysis to optimize marketing actions will be valued.
- User-level knowledge of Google Analytics and familiarity with the use of tools such as BI (Qlik, Power BI, etc.), Figma, Salesforce, Veeva will be positively valued.
- Previous experience working with agile tools and methodologies will be valued.
