The role

At Desigual, we are preparing the 5th edition of our Young Talent Program and this year we want to continue incorporating young talents with curiosity, energy, and a desire to learn into our team.

We were born in Barcelona in 1984 and, following our recent rebranding, we continue to evolve without losing our essence: innovation, diversity, and authenticity as part of our way of doing things.

And if there is a key area to drive Desigual's digital transformation, develop new technological solutions, and leverage the full potential of data and artificial intelligence, that is TIC. A team where technology, business, and innovation work hand in hand to create tools, processes, and experiences that generate real impact throughout the entire company.

We are looking for people with an analytical mindset, technological curiosity, and a desire to learn, who want to participate in real projects from day one and grow in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

In this edition, we are looking for talent for three areas of the department:

What you'll do

You will participate in artificial intelligence projects applied to the business, exploring new technologies and collaborating on the development of innovative solutions that allow for process automation, improved efficiency, and the generation of new value opportunities for the company.

You will collaborate on advanced analytics and data science projects, transforming large volumes of information into actionable insights, developing predictive models, and helping to drive data-driven decision-making.

You will be part of digital transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional technological projects, aligning business and technology needs, and contributing to the implementation of solutions that generate impact throughout the organization.
