Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering / Higher Engineering or equivalent in Computer Science.
Solid experience in presales of technology services: proposal design, estimations, and value-based argumentation for clients.
+10 years of experience in software project development and leadership, mostly on Microsoft technologies (Azure, SharePoint).
Experience leading or building presales or technical teams.
Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Data & AI) and its partner model.
Ability to define a solution portfolio and go-to-market strategy for a business unit.
Familiarity with AI applied to the development cycle and with AI agents.
English: B2 level or higher.

The role

At Devoteam Spain we are looking for a Presales and Innovation Lead to join our Microsoft Cloud unit. Their main role will be to build and lead the presales team, redefine the solution portfolio, the value proposition and the go-to-market of the unit, and translate technical capabilities into repeatable, value-driven commercial proposals.

What you'll do

Define and execute the presales strategy for services on Azure, Power Platform, Data & AI, turning technical capabilities into repeatable, value-driven commercial proposals.
Help redefine the portfolio and value proposition of the Microsoft Cloud unit.
Drive the adoption of AI and AI agents to accelerate Discovery, prototyping, and delivery, defining our own framework.
Lead a re-skilling program to move engineers toward cloud-native solutions, with business understanding by vertical (banking, Retail, construction, etc.).
Manage and strengthen the relationship with Microsoft, defining the roadmap for onboarding, adoption, and positioning the company as a reference.
Participate in architecture and global solution design committees, ensuring technical and portfolio coherence across projects.
