Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years working as a Bid Manager, Proposal Manager, or Pre-sales Project Manager in IT consulting companies or system integrators. Experience managing large and multidisciplinary offers will be particularly valued.

• Holistic IT Vision: Ability to understand the technological "Big Picture." You do not need to be a deep technical expert in a single area, but you must understand how Cloud, Data, Security, and enterprise applications interact.

• Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to lead by influence, mobilize diverse technical teams, and mediate between different business areas to achieve a common goal.

• Time Management and Working Under Pressure: Excellent organizational capacity to handle multiple moving parts and meet strict deadlines.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional writing ability (storytelling applied to IT business) and persuasive communication skills.

• Languages: Native/bilingual Spanish and a high level of English (C1) is indispensable to coordinate with international Centers of Excellence and respond to global RFPs.

We are looking for a Cross-Solutions Bid Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the key piece responsible for orchestrating and managing complex proposals that span Devoteam's entire solution portfolio.

You will not be limited to a single technology; your mission will be to integrate pieces of Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, or enterprise platforms to create global, coherent, and winning value propositions. You will work as an "orchestra conductor" alongside Sales, Centers of Excellence (various technical areas), Legal, and Finance teams, ensuring maximum quality throughout the entire bidding lifecycle (RFI, RFP, RFQ).

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Management of Complex Bids: Lead the complete process of preparing multidisciplinary offers, from the qualification phase (Go/No-Go) to the final presentation.

• Multi-Solution Orchestration: Coordinate different technical leaders, architects, and experts from various business units (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Cyber, Data) to consolidate their contributions into a single, seamless narrative.

• Winning Strategy Design (Win-Theme): Collaborate with Sales to define cross-functional value propositions, strategic differentiators, and integrated pricing models.

• Preparation and Harmonization of Documentation: Write, structure, and unify the tone of the proposal. Ensure that the different technical parts flow as an integral solution, meeting client needs and Devoteam's visual standards.

• Time and Risk Control: Create and manage a rigorous schedule that aligns all involved areas, guaranteeing on-time deliveries and mitigating risks in large-scale projects.

• Bid Defense Support: Help prepare oral defenses, ensuring that the team (composed of multiple profiles) presents a joint and cohesive vision to the client.

• Knowledge Capitalization: Maintain and optimize "cross" content repositories, creating modular templates that facilitate the integration of different technologies in future offers.
