Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced AWS to join our Cloud Services team and play a key role in Support the sales team in developing AWS opportunities. The goal is to accelerate sales, raise the technical level of partners, and position the organization as the #1 AWS leader in the EMEA region.
A. Pre-sales support during sales activities
• Participate in sales calls when technical support is required.
• Proactively identify opportunities through conversations with manufacturers, partners, or end customers.
• Act as a Solutions Architect for AWS account managers, in exchange for them recommending/delegating consumption to us
• Define and commission the development of solutions (internally, services team, partners, etc.) to expand SBAI's portfolio. Develop "white-label" solutions to train SBAI partners so they can launch targeted campaigns.
• Analyze opportunities (AWS Source, Partner Source, Ingram Source) and perform technical qualification.
• Calculate project costs and prepare technical and financial proposals.
• Identify delivery services associated with the opportunity  escalate to the services team and request funding
• Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery, guaranteeing the transfer of context, documentation, and expectations to the technical team.
• Lead technical discussions with the partner and end customer, adding value "beyond the need."

B. Partner Relations
• Serve as the primary technical contact for AWS partners.
• Act as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the internal usage of those partners-or partners who are end customers-with the highest usage or greatest growth potential -> serve as a trusted "post-sales" technical resource, driving usage growth while acting as a strategic advisor to the partner, aligning their needs with Ingram
• Train and support partners in advancing their technical skills and AWS programs and competencies (MSP, MSSP, MAP, DevOps, etc.).

C. Technical Leadership and AWS Programs
• Serve as the point of contact with AWS (Virginia / Rafa Gómez / Segment SAs / EMEA Community).
• Identify opportunities for AWS prototyping and coordinate with them to build prototypes for partners.
• Select and prepare priority topics based on requests from the sales team.

D. Training, Advocacy, and Branding
• Create content on LinkedIn to promote Ingram's brand image.
• Become a leader in the AWS technical community, putting Ingram on the map.
• Build solutions for partners, prototypes, reference architectures, and publish open-source content... positioning Ingram as a thought leader in valuable technical solutions for the partner ecosystem.
• Organize internal Cloud Coffees with the sales team to share updates.
• Conduct quarterly technical workshops for partners.
• Host quarterly Immersion Days (ideally by specialization).
• Participate in partner or AWS events when a technical profile is required.
• Support the AWS Talent and ReStart programs through mentoring or training.
• Collaborate in justifying the root domain and security under Ingram to CISOs.

E. Continuous Professional Development

Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of AWS and related tools.

Obtain and maintain the AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification.

Take a proactive approach to researching and proposing new areas of value.

Actively participate in internal and external meetings, playing a leading role in the EMEA Technical Community Calls.
