As Traffic administrator, you will report directly to the Freight responsible and play a key role in ensuring customers shipments from booking through to completion, ensuring operational excellence, proactive communication, and a first-class customer experience.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
What you'll do
Accept and process customer bookings accurately and efficiently.
Proactively monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or service challenges.
Liaise with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Who We're Looking For

You are an ambitious and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Background
Previous experience within transport, logistics, freight forwarding, or international road operations preferred.
Fluent in French and Spanish.
Education in transport and logistics
Your Skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Good IT skills and experience using transport management systems and Microsoft Office.
A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
