About the role

Important company distributing for several international companies, offering its clients a wide range of products for molecular diagnostics in immunology, transplant, genetics, oncology and blood bank laboratories, is seeking for its Technical Service department:

Technical Service Engineer

What you'll do

The role will include, among others, the following duties:

• Customer service and post-sales follow-up.

• Resolution of incidents involving laboratory equipment.

• Repairs, preventive maintenance and machine updates.

• Preparation and management of documentation for services performed.

• Support in the installation and configuration of software and networks associated with diagnostic equipment.

• Coordination with the IT department to resolve incidents related to connectivity, communications or instrument databases.

What we're looking for

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the sector.

• High level of English, written/oral.

• Knowledge of information systems, local area networks (LAN), and remote support tools.

• Multidisciplinary profile and a person oriented toward teamwork, organization, initiative and customer communication.

• Residence in the Seville area.

• Driving licence and availability to travel throughout Spain (60%).
