The role

At Digi we need to incorporate an Urban Planning Lawyer who will have the following duties:

- Processing of administrative files in urban planning matters.

- Administrative appeals and administrative contentious proceedings.

- Comprehensive legal advice within the framework of the deployment of telecommunications infrastructure and networks.

EXPERIENCE

• 3 years in administrative law/urban planning in administrative and/or contentious proceedings.

• Experience in processing administrative procedures, management of licenses and Responsible Declarations, urban planning discipline and sanctioning procedures.

• Litigation experience in civil matters or administrative contentious proceedings is valued.

• Experience in civil law is valued.

KNOWLEDGE

Office software at an advanced user level.

Management of legal databases.
