What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Degree in Law.
Previous professional experience of at least 4-5 years in similar roles.
Solid knowledge of urban planning and real estate law.
Experience in commercial and civil contracting.
Experience in corporate and company law advisory.
Experience in judicial proceedings and courtroom assistance.
Ability to simultaneously manage different legal matters with autonomy.
Good communication skills and business orientation.

The role

We are looking for a Corporate Legal Advisor with experience in urban planning law, commercial contracting, and business legal advisory to join a solid business group located in Marbella. The selected person will be part of the legal team, providing recurring advisory services to the various companies within the group in real estate, commercial, and corporate matters.

What you'll do

Recurring legal advisory to the various companies of the group.
Analysis and monitoring of matters related to urban planning and real estate law.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating civil and commercial contracts.
Legal advisory in corporate and commercial operations.
Monitoring and coordination of judicial proceedings and courtroom assistance when necessary.
Support in managing relationships with public administrations, agencies, and external advisors.
Preparation of legal reports and issuance of legal opinions for the different business areas.
Collaboration with the rest of the legal team on transversal corporate matters.
