What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service teleoperator positions (non-sales)
- Communication skills and a clear customer orientation.
- Knowledge of billing.
- Excellent spelling and office automation skills.
- Language: Portuguese, English is valued.

What is offered:

The role
At PLENERGY, a leading company in the development and operation of automated service stations, due to our full expansion and growth, we are looking for Teleoperators - Administrators to join our Customer Service Department, for our offices located in the Arturo Soria (Ciudad Lineal) area.
What you'll do
Responsibilities:
- Telephone assistance, reception, and management of calls from the switchboard.
- Email management and associated daily tasks.
- Support for the billing department and management of incidents and inquiries.
- Management of administrative tasks specific to the position.
