The role

What you'll do

Analysis of the information received and management of requests/files opened by the different entities/clients.
Collect information from the different tools and work sources with the objective of studying the data and performing the corresponding actions for their subsequent resolution based on the established parameters and banking regulations.
Analysis, management, and resolution of incidents/cases received based on the corresponding procedure.
Monitoring, management, and response to messages/queries from clients, offices, etc., received through the different applications

How you'll work

Salary: €17,652.68 gross/annual.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:15 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.
Contract type: permanent
Modality: hybrid (50% teleworking)
