At Cuideo, we are looking for an HR Administrator to provide support to the Labor Advisory department for the Domestic Workers Regime. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to develop in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment, perfecting their communication and labor management skills.
Labor management and procedures for the Domestic Workers Regime.
Management and sending of documentation associated with labor management.
Keep service information up to date on the platform.
Stay up to date on the rights and obligations of both employer and employee.
Coordination with the other departments operating the Domestic Workers Regime services.
Resolution of labor-related queries from clients and employees.
Attend to and provide advice on clients' labor requests.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain clear and empathetic communication both by telephone and in writing.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, and intensive Fridays from 08:00 to 15:00.
Proficiency in labor management software and office tools.
Effective communication to interact clearly and empathetically with clients.
Proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
Focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
Organizational and time management skills.
