What are we looking for? 🔎

We are looking for an Injectables Production Technician to join one of our plants located in Azuqueca de Henares with a permanent contract.

The challenge!

Supervise injectable production processes, guaranteeing quality and efficiency.
Detect incidents, perform root cause analysis, and draft associated deviations.
Review MBRe and production records necessary for batch release.
Train newly hired operators and ensure the continuous training of the team.
Draft SOPs, close CAPA actions, and manage change controls.
Participate in projects for the introduction of new products, machinery, and facilities.
Support Lean optimization activities and continuous improvement within the department.

What do you need?

University degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
Possibility of working in rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, and nights)
Fluent Spanish; C1 level English is a plus.
Knowledge of GMP regulations; experience in injectables is highly valued.
Skills: teamwork, dynamism, flexibility, problem-solving ability, and decision-making.
