The role

Would you like to be part of a dynamic team within the logistics area? We are looking for an organized, proactive person with the ability to manage administrative tasks and provide support to various logistics and internal service processes.

What you'll do

Provide telephone support to stores.

Management and follow-up of claims with Customer Service and transport agencies.

Preparation and coordination of special shipments.

Management and follow-up of incidents with transport agencies.

Management of web order returns received at the warehouse.

Updating of information and administrative documentation.

Regular use of office tools for the monitoring and control of incidents.

Full-time employment in rotating morning or afternoon shifts.
