What we're looking for

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Management or similar.
Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and email.
Basic knowledge of invoicing and accounting.
An organized, responsible person with attention to detail.

Ease of working in a team and communicating with different interlocutors.
Eagerness to learn and to develop professionally in the logistics field.

The role

We are looking to hire a Logistics Administrative Assistant to support the administrative management of a company dedicated to last-mile delivery. If you have training in Administration and Management and want to start developing your professional career, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Manage and organize administrative documentation, both physical and digital.
Prepare, review, and follow up on invoices, delivery notes, and other documents related to the activity.
Handle calls and emails from customers, suppliers, and internal staff.
Provide support in basic billing tasks, expense recording, and the control of payments and collections.
Enter and update information in management systems and spreadsheets.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure correct coordination of information and the smooth running of daily operations.
