The role

Are you passionate about turning data into decisions and building solutions that generate a real impact on the business?

At EALDE Business School, we have been training professionals in Spain and Latin America for over 19 years through a 100% digital educational model, with postgraduate programs specialized in Compliance, Risk Management, and Sustainability.

We have a consolidated track record, with systems and processes that have accompanied our growth. Now we want to take a step further: to turn data into the axis of a more efficient, connected, and results-oriented operation.

To achieve this, we are looking for a Business Operations Manager with a business vision, an analytical mindset, and the ability to transform operational needs into concrete solutions.

🎯 Your mission

Connect data, processes, systems, and teams, guaranteeing reliable information, common indicators, and clear procedures.

We are looking for a profile with an engineering mindset, capable of understanding the operation from start to finish, identifying improvement opportunities, and converting them into real solutions.

We are not just looking for someone who analyzes and proposes, but for someone who designs, builds, and implements: dashboards, automations, workflows, and procedures that improve the organization's functioning.

What you'll do

  • Define and maintain data maps, information sources, owners, and flows between systems.
  • Unify KPIs, calculation criteria, and data quality standards, coordinating their implementation with IT.
  • Manage access criteria, permissions, and traceability in accordance with GDPR.
  • Exploit information in BigQuery and develop dashboards and reports to facilitate business decisions.
  • Analyze, design, and document cross-functional processes from start to finish, identifying owners, controls, and dependencies.
  • Transform undocumented processes into clear, applicable, and measurable procedures.
  • Optimize workflows, eliminating manual tasks, duplications, and bottlenecks.
  • Prepare process maps, operating procedures, functional specifications, and integration documentation.
  • Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as an advanced user.
  • Define functional needs and coordinate system improvements with IT.
  • Build automations and integrations using Make, Zapier, APIs, and Webhooks.
  • Monitor technological incidents that affect the operation.
  • Supervise tasks, deliverables, and KPIs of different teams through shared dashboards.
  • Lead follow-up meetings with area managers, identifying progress, blockers, and pending decisions.
  • Detect deviations, drive corrective actions, and follow up until resolution.
  • Present executive reports of results and progress directly to Management.

Your impact from the first 90 days

From the start, you will have concrete objectives:

  • First month: diagnose our systems, data sources, and the student journey from acquisition to payment.
  • Second month: define a data dictionary, common KPIs, and the first operating procedures.
  • Third month: implement a shared dashboard, establish follow-up routines with teams, and put the first automations into operation.
