What you'll do

We're looking for a highly analytical, resourceful, and impact-obsessed Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team and own one of our key operational scopes: Content, Product, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, or Team.

You'll take full ownership of your vertical, dive deep into its toughest challenges, and lead bold initiatives that unlock new levels of performance. You'll design tech-enabled, scalable solutions that power Joko's next stage of growth and efficiency.

From rethinking revenue funnels to automating internal tooling or reshaping cross-functional workflows, you'll be a key driver of transformation across the company.

Your exact scope will depend on your background and company priorities. Example missions include:

  • Redesign our sales and account management processes to drive conversion and retention

  • Rebuild and optimize our CRM (Hubspot) to empower data-driven decisions

  • Lead high-impact projects that directly influence top-line growth

  • Automate cash collection, invoicing, and reporting flows end to end

  • Build internal tools that give real-time visibility into financial performance

  • Reimagine how money moves through the business and fix what's broken

  • Scale the creation and quality control processes that thousands of merchant offers rely on across all markets

  • Build AI-driven tools that multiply team output and accuracy

  • Help to manage a dedicated BPO team to deliver flawless, high-volume content at speed

  • Own and evolve Joko's tool stack (Notion, Slack, Claude & MCPs...) and make every team faster, smarter, and more secure

  • Automate cross-functional workflows: onboarding, OKRs, access management for frictionless scale

  • Lead ESG, IT security, and simplification initiatives that keep Joko compliant and future-proof

  • Optimize key product metrics like catch rate, coupon success, or banking connection

  • Build tools that help Product teams move 10x faster

  • Own key product integrations, acting as strategic POC with external partners

  • Structure and scale how we track, measure, and optimize marketing performance

  • Automate workflows for growth and CRM teams to boost campaign velocity

  • Build robust internal systems to improve ROI visibility and strategic decision-making

You'll be part of a small, elite team with the autonomy to make real decisions and the mandate to drive real change.

    Non-engineering roles: a take-home case study followed by a 45-minute interview on your output and reasoning. Engineering roles: a 90-minute live technical interview on CoderPad (code understanding, review, system design, product thinking; AI allowed as a collaboration tool).

  4. Leadership interview

    With a SteerCo member and a founder · 45 min

    Conversation with a SteerCo member and a founder.

  5. References · Phone call · 1–3 sessions

Hiring process

  1. Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team.

  2. Step 1 - Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you'd join, or colleagues from other teams).

  3. Step 2 - Role-specific assessments

    • For non-engineering roles: A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).

    • For engineering roles: A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool).

  4. Step 3 - Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder.

  5. References: Up to 3 calls with former colleagues or managers.
