• Previous experience in reception or customer service (valued).
• Spanish and English are mandatory, other languages are a plus.
• Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).

You will be the person responsible for ensuring our guests feel welcome from the very first moment. Your attitude will make the difference and your energy will make every stay memorable.

• Manage guest check-in and check-out following hotel procedures.
• Attend to and manage reservations efficiently.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through quality, attentive, and friendly service.
• Regularly collect guest feedback to continuously improve the service.
• Ensure the safety of guests and their belongings, including night rounds and securing access points.
• Participate in training on internal procedures and corporate culture.
