• Experience: at least 1 year in a similar position (hotels or restaurants).
• Education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Grado Superior) in Logistics, Warehouse Auxiliary Activities, or similar.
• Languages: Advanced Spanish; intermediate English (valuable).
• Experience or training in reception, placement, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Basic handling of office tools and management software.

Job description

Reporting to the purchasing department manager, these are the responsibilities and functions, including but not limited to:

• Goods reception: Verify that the products received match the delivery note in quantity and condition, and report any incidents or damage.
• Manual handling of loads and ergonomics: Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles and pallets.
• Storage and placement: Place products in the assigned areas of the warehouse, following organizational criteria (category, rotation, expiration, etc.)
• Order preparation (picking): Select requested items according to the order sheet or computer system.
• Stock and inventory control: Participate in periodic counts, update records, and alert regarding possible stockouts or products nearing expiration.
• Maintenance of order and cleanliness: Keep the warehouse orderly, clean, and safe, following occupational risk prevention regulations.
• Basic administrative support: Register the entry and exit of goods.
