What we're looking for

What we are looking for in our integral maintenance operator:

Demonstrable experience as a First-class Skilled Tradesperson.
Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently.
Minimum demonstrable experience of 4 years performing tasks specific to the position.
B driving license.
Technical multi-skilling.

Nice to have

Valid working at heights course.
Valid MEWP course.
Occupational Risk Prevention course 20h+60h.
Proactive person with their own initiative.
Possibility of immediate start.

The role

We are currently looking for a FIRST-CLASS INTEGRAL MAINTENANCE SKILLED TRADESPERSON IN PALMA DE MALLORCA to join the maintenance team for the comprehensive management of facilities, performing the following tasks:

* A multi-skilled first-class tradesperson is needed for an integral maintenance contract.

What you'll do

Perform preventive, corrective, and conductive maintenance tasks in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical installations.
Diagnose and solve technical problems.
Perform repairs and replace defective parts as necessary.
Perform performance tests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Supervision of the correct functioning of equipment and installations.
