Who are we looking for?

The Reservations Agent for Minor Hotels Group in the center of Madrid with a competitive salary (Convenio de Hospedaje Madrid) is seeking a person for permanent employment as an Agent in the CRO.
What does the job involve?
- Answering and handling calls and emails in a friendly and efficient manner
- Managing reservations
- Providing information about the hotels and the services available
- Understanding and applying cooperative processes for M&E (groups) and other policies of the Minor Hotels Group
- Working hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM, with two weekends of duty per month
