- Help with preparing food and beverages, following the instructions of the kitchen and bar staff.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth, efficient service with customer attention.

- Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations.

- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, including tables, counters, and preparation areas.

- Apply hygiene, preservation, and food handling standards and maintain the order of tables, counters, and preparation areas, to guarantee compliance with the HACCP self-control system.

- Attend to the customer throughout the entire service, taking orders, advising on the offering, and resolving requests, to ensure an experience in accordance with the venue's standard.

- Control the stock of products and materials at the point and communicate replenishment needs, to avoid shortages during service.

- Perform payment and table closing according to established procedures, to ensure transaction accuracy and turnover agility.

- Serve food and beverages within the defined times and with the defined presentation, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, to sustain the service rhythm and perceived quality.
