Main duties and requirements.

What you'll do

- Attend to alarm jumps according to established action protocols.
- Manage alarm signals using specific tools such as SBN/IBS, supervising their correct resolution.
- Interact with users and clients applying the procedures defined in each situation.
- Coordinate communication with the State Security Forces and Corps according to current regulations.
- Prepare and complete daily reports and incident follow-up reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls guaranteeing quality standards in communication.
- Manage the service email inbox and respond to received requests.
- Provide customer support in the handling of the alarm system, including connection, disconnection, and basic configuration.
- Manage technical incidents by generating tickets to IT support.
- Perform extraction and sending of images in case of real alarms.
- Comply with the internal management and follow-up processes defined by the company.
- Coordinate and supervise compliance with rest times and absences within the team when applicable.
