We are looking to hire a Senior Women's Fashion Merchandiser, who will assume a key role in the planning, monitoring, and development of the category. You will be responsible for analyzing business performance, defining commercial strategies, and optimizing the assortment, stock, and profitability of your area, working closely with Buying, Design, and Operations.

You will have the opportunity to participate actively in the strategic decision-making of the category, providing analytical vision and commercial judgment to drive business results in a dynamic, demanding environment oriented toward continuous improvement.

Main duties and requirements.

• Lead the monitoring and analysis of the Women's Fashion category, identifying opportunities for growth and result improvement.
• Participate in the definition of the category's commercial strategy, performing sales, buying, and margin planning by season.
• Analyze sales, stocks, and key business indicators to optimize profitability and guarantee the fulfillment of commercial objectives.
• Manage and supervise the Open To Buy (OTB), buying budgets, and stock planning.
• Define and monitor the assortment, ensuring adequate product coverage according to the needs of each channel or point of sale.
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate and monitor promotions, commercial campaigns, and sale periods, evaluating their impact on the business.
• Collaborate closely with the Buying, Design, Operations, and store teams to guarantee the correct execution of the commercial strategy.
• Participate in projects to improve processes, tools, and methodologies for category planning and management.
